1. Who We Are

ShieldHerPro is an online safety platform for independent professional women. We are operated by Gill's Digital Studio, based in the Slovak Republic. Contact: shieldherpro@gmail.com

2. What Data We Collect

Email address — for account creation and login
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your card details
Subscription metadata — your plan status, billing date, and subscription ID
Usage metadata — which tools you have accessed and when, for account management purposes only

We do NOT collect, store, or process any of the following: meeting locations you enter in SafeMeet, client details or notes entered in SafeMeet, SafeWords messages or contacts, review content entered in ReviewShield. All of this data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account
To process your subscription payment via Stripe
To maintain your subscription status and access rights
To send essential account emails (confirmation, billing receipts, cancellation confirmation)

We never sell, share, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for any purpose.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely in Supabase with industry-standard encryption. All data transmission uses HTTPS. Sensitive safety data (locations, messages, client details) is never transmitted to or stored on our servers under any circumstances.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication and login management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies of any kind.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at shieldherpro@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Third Party Services

Stripe: payment processing — stripe.com/privacy
Supabase: authentication and database — supabase.com/privacy

Both maintain GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
